Terms of Service

Vancouver-WebDesign.com provides custom website design and development services. Our standard package is a one-time fee of $2,999 CAD and includes the features described on our Pricing page. Projects requiring scope beyond the standard package may be quoted separately.

Our standard website package requires full payment upfront to secure your build slot. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. The upfront payment confirms your project in our calendar and initiates the discovery process.

After payment, we conduct a discovery call, provide two homepage mockups, and finalise the design direction together before development. The package includes unlimited revisions within the agreed scope to ensure you are satisfied with the result.

Most websites are delivered within 10 to 20 business days from the kickoff call, provided content and feedback are supplied promptly. Delays in client responses or content delivery may extend the timeline.

Upon final payment and launch, you own 100% of the code, content, and domain for your website. There is no vendor lock-in. You are free to host and edit your website as you wish.

Your package includes one year of free maintenance. After the first year, optional Care plans are available starting at $49 CAD per month. Continuing with a Care plan is entirely your choice and is not mandatory.

Because work begins immediately upon order, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis prior to the commencement of design work. Once mockups have been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
